Official Rules – Poker Persuit at Full Tilt Arcade & Pinball

Promotion Name: Poker Persuit at Full Tilt Arcade & Pinball (“Poker Persuit Contest”)
Sponsor: Full Tilt Arcade & Pinball, PO Box 1349, LaPorte, IN 46352-1349 (“Sponsor”)
Location: 701 N Fail Rd, LaPorte, IN 46350
Promotion Period: Begins November 1, 2025, at 12:00 PM CST and ends November 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM CST.

Eligibility:
Open to legal residents of Indiana who are 18 years or older. Employees, officers, and immediate family members of Full Tilt Arcade & Pinball and its affiliates are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

How to Enter – Purchase Method:
For every 25 dollars spent on qualifying purchases at Full Tilt Arcade & Pinball during the Promotion Period, participants will receive one (1) Poker Persuit card (“Card”). Participants may collect as many Cards as they wish through qualifying purchases.

How to Enter – No Purchase Necessary (Mail-In Entry):
To receive a Card without making a purchase, mail a separate self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) to:
Poker Persuit Contest, PO Box 1349, LaPorte, IN 46352-1349.
Each outer envelope must be mailed separately and must include the participant’s full legal name, mailing address, email address, and phone number. One Card will be mailed per eligible request. Limit one Card per return address per mailed request. Multiple requests are allowed, but each must be mailed individually in a separate envelope.

How to Play:
Participants collect Cards via purchase or mail-in request. Each participant must submit exactly five (5) Cards to form one (1) poker hand (“Hand”). Standard poker rankings determine prize eligibility. Participants may only submit one Hand and are eligible for only one prize.

How to Submit a Hand:
All Hands must be turned in at Full Tilt Arcade & Pinball (701 N Fail Rd, LaPorte, IN 46350) by November 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM CST. Cards must be original and verifiable. Sponsor reserves the right to reject any altered, illegible, or suspicious submissions.

Prizes:
Prizes are awarded based on the poker ranking of the submitted Hand. Approximate values are based on in-arcade redemption ticket values.

• Royal Flush – 100,000 tickets or similar value prize

• Straight Flush – 40,000 tickets

• Four of a Kind – 15,000 tickets

• Full House – 4,500 tickets

• Flush – 3,000 tickets

• Straight – 2,000 tickets

• Three of a Kind – 200 tickets

• Two Pair – 100 tickets

• Pair (Jacks or Better) – 50 tickets

All prizes are subject to availability and may be substituted for items of equal or greater value at Sponsor’s discretion. Odds of winning depend on number and combination of Cards collected and Hands submitted.

Winner Notification:
All prizes must be claimed in person at Full Tilt Arcade & Pinball by December 15, 2025. Unclaimed prizes are forfeited.

General Conditions:

• No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.

• Limit one prize per person.

• Cards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion for any reason, including fraud or technical issues.

• Sponsor’s decisions regarding eligibility and prize awards are final.

• By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and all decisions of Sponsor.

• Participants consent to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Taxes:
Participants are responsible for all taxes associated with prizes. Prizes valued at $600 or more will require completion of IRS Form W-9 and will result in issuance of Form 1099-MISC.

Governing Law:
This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of LaPorte County, Indiana.
